Deposits will be refunded, less a $50 per room processing fee, if reservations are cancelled more than four (4) weeks before the scheduled arrival date. The deposit will be forfeited if you cancel within four (4) weeks of your arrival. If you cancel within two (2) weeks of your arrival date, and only in the event that we are able to rebook your room, you will receive a voucher for 80% of your stay to be used for future visit to the inn. If we are unable to rebook your room, you will be responsible for the full stay. You will also be responsible for the full stay if you arrive after the specified arrival date or if you depart before the final day of your reservation.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit is required equal to one night or 50% of the total stay (whichever is greater). The balance will be due upon arrival.
